Refund policy

At Spartan Tactical, we strive to provide exceptional training and customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines our guidelines for refund requests. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By using our services or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Course Registration Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our contact form.
• Refunds will be granted based on the following timeline:
  • Cancellation made more than 30 days before the course start date: Full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.
  • Cancellation made 15 to 30 days before the course start date: 50% refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.
  • Cancellation made less than 15 days before the course start date: No refund will be provided.
• Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase.

Course Rescheduling

• Participants may request to reschedule their course to a later date, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 15 days before the original course start date.
• A rescheduling fee may apply, and any price difference between the original and rescheduled course may need to be paid.

Non-Attendance or Late Arrival

No refunds or credits will be given for non-attendance or late arrival to a course.

Course Cancellation by Spartan Tactical

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a course, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future course.

Private Training and Customized Programs

Refund policies for private training and customized programs will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be outlined in the agreement between Spartan Tactical and the client.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, we may consider refund requests outside of the specified timelines. Each case will be evaluated on an individual basis.
